Service Description. This Site describes Landscaping, Garden Maintenance, Shrub Trimming, Hedge Trimming, Yard Cleanup provided by PDX Garden Landscaping. Estimates and quotes are issued separately and superseded by signed agreements.
Your Obligations. You agree to be truthful in submissions, secure your access credentials, and use this Site only for lawful purposes.
Prohibited Conduct. You will not: violate any law, disrupt Site operation, gain unauthorized access, harvest data, transmit malware, or impersonate any person or entity.
Intellectual Property. All content on https://pdxgardenlandscaping.com, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of PDX Garden Landscaping or its licensors and is protected by U.S. and international copyright laws.
Billing. Service prices are quoted in writing before work begins. Payment terms appear on your service agreement, which controls any refund eligibility.
Termination Rights. We may end your access to the Site at our discretion, including for breach of these Terms. Termination does not relieve you of obligations incurred prior.
No Warranties. PDX Garden Landscaping disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Site use is at your own risk.
Damages. PDX Garden Landscaping is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Aggregate liability shall not exceed amounts you paid us in the 12 months prior to the claim.
Indemnity. You agree to defend and indemnify PDX Garden Landscaping from claims, including reasonable attorney fees, that result from your use of the Site or breach of these Terms.
Choice of Law. OR law governs these Terms. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of OR, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.
